We have a full service in-house team including maids and maintenance personnel. All of our team members are more than happy to assist at anytime. Most of our staff is fluent in English, Spanish and French. We also speak Italian and German
We take pride in respecting our community, our employees and the laws of this great country. We practice fair work practices, hiring only legally documented individuals and paying full benefits and compensation. We collect, declare and pay the required sales tax to the government on all transactions. And we reinvest much of our time and profits back into community projects.
Manuel moved to the area in 2002 and founded CARIBE SUR Real Estate. Due the demands of many clients, GREEN Management was born and eventually developed into CASAS del CARIBE. He has recently sold his interest in the sales division of real estate and is now fully dedicated to rentals and property management.
Manuel has been active in the community, serving as Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Tourism from 2011-2014 and is one of the founders of ARECHIPU.
Manuel has raised 2 daughters in the area, Maya and Sara, 18 and 11 years old. He enjoys traveling, photography, surfing and cooking. He speaks fluent French, English and Spanish.
Maya is our reservation and marketing specialist, and future manager of the company 😉 She’s from Miami, but has lived in Costa Rica all her childhood. She graduated from high school in Colorado and moved back to work side by side with her father to make the business grow. She speaks English, French & Spanish, and will make you feel right at home!
Maylin is our administrative assistant and is a native Costa Rican. She has extensive management and accounting knowledge which she brings with a vivacious and vibrant personality! She speaks Spanish and English.
Stephanie is our General Manager at CASAS del CARIBE and she is also in charge of our sister company, Green Property Management. From France originally, she has lived in the Southern Caribbean coast of Costa Rica for 9 years. She speaks French, English and Spanish.
