This property consists of a beautiful complex of 4 complete apartments, a large social area with a grill, and a swimming pool for all its guests. They are located a few meters from the Villas del Caribe beach in Cocles, perfect for enjoying its natural pools with the family and a 5-minute drive from supermarkets and restaurants.
This apartment is located on the top floor of the building, going up the staircase on the side of the building. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a sofa bed in the living room, with capacity for 4 people + 1 additional. Each apartment has a queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a TV, and a spacious closet.
Each of these apartments has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, etc., which connects to the cozy living room with a sofa bed. In addition, the external terrace has perfect furniture to spend quiet moments enjoying the breezes from the garden and views of the pool.
The pool is located in the center of the 4 apartments, next to a perfect social area, with a grill, toilet, and space to enjoy your meals with friends.
Less than 10 minutes walking from the house is Playa Villas del Caribe, which has great natural pools to enjoy with the family, it is perfect for children since it does not have many waves. The apartments are in a very quiet place and it is designed to accommodate families or groups who want to have a good time, so parties are not allowed to keep the peace of the place.
The place has access to nearby restaurants and supermarkets, where you can find all kinds of shops.
There is parking inside the property and security cameras.
