Welcome to Las Palomas!
Our property is perched on a small hillside in Cocles, just south of Puerto Viejo, and houses 5 luxury villas, built of beautiful tropical hardwoods. Forget your worries in the jungles of the Caribbean.
Villa Rojiza has 2 spacious bedrooms, both with king-sized beds which can be converted into 4 individual beds upon request for reservations that need more space. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit and satellite television. The rooms have large closets, ceiling fans, and a safe to store personal items.
There are 2 modern and large bathrooms in this Villa. One bathroom is located off the main living area, and the second bathroom is an ensuite to one of the bedrooms. Both bathrooms have hot water in all the taps.
The open concept main living area is exposed to the surrounding environment, yet fully screened to keep all bugs out of the house. Sliding doors can be opened to make this area one with the garden. This living space includes a modern fully equipped kitchen, bar, dining area, social area and a wrap-around deck overlooking the property and swimming pool.
The swimming pool area includes an outdoor shower, lounge area and filtered water. It is a shared area between all the villas on the property.
Free and strong fiber optic Wi-Fi internet can be found throughout the entire property. We also have a caretaker on-site and a gated parking area with cameras for security.
All linens are provided and changed on a weekly basis.
Towels can be changed upon request.

Muy cómoda, con detalles, todo en muy buen estado y limpio. Muchos canales de televisión y muy buen aire acondicionado. La piscina es maravillosa para los niños y siempre limpia. El cuidador es muy amable. Resolvieron todas nuestras peticiones.

Podrían recortar la vegetación de los alrededores de la casa porque el aire no fluye, se hace más oscura y aunque eso hace que se tenga más privacidad también genera la sensación de encierro.

Podrían poner unas fotos más acordes al lugar, en la fotos que tienen parece que es una casa que le entra mucha luz pero la realidad es que es oscura. Fue difícil hacer la reservación porque la comunicación en el chat al principio fue muy lenta. |

La villa es hermosa, más aún que en las fotos, además muy amplia y cómoda. Muy bien equipada. El amplio balcón invita al descanso. Poder ver la flora y fauna (perezosos, guatusas y ranas) sin siquiera salir de la propiedad fue increíble!

En la acera se forma musgo y es resbaloso, y en los baños se siente un mal olor del tanque séptico. En el cuarto secundario las tablas del piso suenan duro y hay luces quemadas en el caminito hacia la piscina.
